Ribab Fusion

Created in Agadir, in 2008, the group Ribab Fusion is composed of 6 members, including the famous “ribabiste,” the musician Foulan Bouhssine. The formation is inspired from traditional Souss music. The group is credited with having introduced the ribab on the new Moroccan scene and in the world of fusion. It highlights this ancient instrument to take it beyond boundaries and thus to illustrate the potential of Amazigh music.
